# 03 - THE SKEEVA SHEET
### Storyboard-first. One sequence = one sheet, approved before any colour.

## ANATOMY OF A SHEET (one per sequence)
1. **Project card** - sequence title, one-line logline, sequence ID, continuity header.
2. **Hero key frame** - a single polished cinematic concept frame: the money shot.
3. **Pencil storyboard strip** - 8 to 15 MONOCHROME GRAPHITE panels, each tagged
   `shot# / lens / action` (e.g. `S01 / 35mm wide / arrival`).
4. **Beat / continuity grid** - columns are shots; rows:
   - BEAT LINE - the story beat
   - CAMERA PATH - move (locked / push / arc / dolly / crane)
   - ACTION PATH - what the subject does
   - RHYTHM TRACK - pacing (hold / slow build / hit / settle)
   - ESCALATION MAP - tension level (1 to 10)
   - STATE TRACK - emotional state
   - STYLE TRACK - lighting / accent note
5. **Character / prop crops** as needed.

## WHY MONOCHROME
Boards are cheap and disposable; colour is expensive and sticky. Approving staging
in graphite means every argument about shots happens BEFORE the money is spent.
Keep panels rough: boards, not paintings.

## THE TWO-STAGE ENGINE (per sequence)
1. **STAGE 1 - BOARD SHEET.** The image model renders the full sheet from a master
prompt (template in 07_PROMPT_RECIPES). Director approves staging, shot count
   and beats.
2. **STAGE 2 - FILMED SEQUENCE.** Feed the approved sheet plus the three design
refs (character sheet, environment plate, prop plate) to the video model in
CUSTOM MULTI-SHOT mode: one prompt per panel, panels become consecutive shots,
one generation films the whole sequence in full colour.

## NAMING
- Sheet: `FILM_SEQ0x_<NAME>_SHEET.png` in `20_STORYBOARDS/`
- Keys: `FILM_SEQ0x_S0y_key.png` in `40_KEYFRAMES/`
- Clips: `FILM_SEQ0x_<NAME>_v#.mp4` in `50_CLIPS/`

## YOUR TURN
Board your first sequence before designing anything else you think you need.
The board will tell you which plates and crops the sequence actually requires.
