# THE SKEEVA PROCESS
### A storyboard-first system for AI filmmaking

This pack is the complete production system behind THE RESET, an SKV.7 short film
made end-to-end with generative image and video models. Every document here is the
real working doc from that production, cleaned up so you can run the same process
on your own story.

## Why this exists
Generative models do not hold identity, style, or on-screen text stable across
independent generations. Every "consistent film" is actually a reference-anchoring
problem. The SKEEVA Process solves it with three locks and one loop:

- **Identity lock** - one character sheet, fed into every generation.
- **Style lock** - one style anchor image, fed into every colour render.
- **World lock** - environment and prop plates, one per distinct state.
- **The gate loop** - approve staging in cheap monochrome boards BEFORE spending
on colour and motion. Nothing renders in colour until the board is approved.

## Read order
1. `01_PRODUCTION_BIBLE.md` - lock the premise, world, character, palette.
2. `02_SCRIPT_TREATMENT.md` - the treatment and beat structure (worked example).
3. `03_STORYBOARD_SYSTEM.md` - the SKEEVA Sheet: how a sequence gets boarded.
4. `04_STYLE_BIBLE.md` - how to define a look and stop it drifting.
5. `05_PIPELINE_GATES.md` - the approval loop, naming, folders, credit discipline.
6. `06_SCORE_SOUND.md` - scoring the film (worked example).
7. `07_PROMPT_RECIPES.md` - the exact prompt templates + the field lessons.

## The golden rules
1. Board it in graphite before you spend a credit on colour.
2. One character sheet. One style anchor. Feed them on EVERYTHING.
3. One image model and one video model for the whole project. Never switch.
4. Approve or reject at every gate: GREEN / REGEN / TWEAK / KILL.
5. Verify motion by extracting frames. Never trust a thumbnail.

## Credit
Made by Skeeva under SKV.7 (System, Kontrol, Vision). The process is free to use for your own
films. If it helps you ship one, a credit line is appreciated:
